  Basically what you're trying to do is flush your body out and remove all traces of marijuana. Drinking lots of water or cranberry juice can help, but it depends on how much weed you smoke, how often you smoke it and when you last smoked it. If you never smoke weed and you hit a joint twice last month, you'll be fine. If you smoke a lot of weed quite often, there really isn't too good of a chance that drinking large quantities of anything is going to help. THC is stored in your fat cells, and there isn't anything you can do about that. Vinegar isn't going to help anything.

  it depends on how much you smoke and it can stay in your system for as long as a week to 30 days
