Ok so I stretch almost everyday but it hurts and like makes it worse for me,like I have my left splits down but like the next day I can't do it anymore,it's weird and I do some pretty good stretches so am I doing it too much?should I be stretching like 3 times a week?help...thanx :)
its good to strtch everyday but you could do it every other day if your not fexible enough...then you could start doing it daily
You may be doing it more then necessary. Just try to slow down and see what happens.
I usually stretch everyday + at hockey too because I play goalie
yea, like maybe 30min. to 1hour strech. maybe every day or two.
