I brush twice too.
but I went through this phase where I was brushing like five times a day or more. Even waking up in the middle of the night an brushing my teeth lol

In the morning I floss, then mouthwash, then brush. Nighttime just mouthwash, then brush. I also chew extra a couple of times a day. I have still had probs at dentist though so there doesn’t seem to be any magical cure d’oh!
