How many named and counted stars?

Hey I was just wondering how many stars scientists have names for. I know that NASA has claimed that there are over 70 Sextillion (7 times 10^22) stars in the Universe but how many of them are actually counted, and how many of them actually have names. Another question I had is it seems that scientists have only named Stars in the Milky Way Galaxy and no other Galaxy out of more than 100 billion galaxies in the Universe. Has anyone ever heard of names of stars from any other galaxy? How about a name for a Star in the Andromeda Galaxy which consists of over 1 trillion stars. Just wondering. I am really into science, and I would like to know.
