How many months till I have to stop having sex?

Im 4 from days away from being 4 months pregnant. How many months into pregnancy do I stop having sex? My husband and I need to know. I keep forgetting to ask my doctor because I get so excited over seeing my baby. If anyone on here knows…I will greatly appreciate any advice you can give me.

you dont have to stop having sex at all. Though orgasms can cause braxton hicks, there is no danger. In fact many doctors will tell you to have more sex at the very end, it can help your contractions along. if you have a complicated pregnancy you may want to stop. but over all, it is heathly and safe. Im 4 months pregnant with my 5th, from experience Sex gets better later in the pregnancy.

You can have sex though your whole pregnancy it wont hurt the baby we did right up to the day our girls were born …Doctor told it was fine as long as it was not uncomfortable or painful… If you’re having a normal pregnancy, sex is considered safe during all stages of the pregnancy.Your baby is fully protected by the amniotic sac (a thin-walled bag that holds the fetus and surrounding fluid) and the strong muscles of the uterus. There’s also a thick mucus plug that seals the cervix and helps guard against infection. The penis does not come into contact with the fetus during sex.
