How...: I ve started my periods and have a problem...?
Hi I’ve started my periods and since I am at school I have to change pads. I m “embarassed” because I can’t hide the pad anywhere but in a small bag which I have to hide under my shirt. Any bag ideas please? or better ways to hide the bag? thanks
you can put them in your pants pocket? I put mine there already, or just get a bigger purse
Can you not but them in your in side pockets thats where I used to put mine
put them in one of the main bins or ask a female teacher to use the staff toilets were they will have special bins she will understand its a natural thing for a young giurl
I used to put them in my folder behing all my papers and stuff you could just hget a purse too and stuff em’ in there.

there is nothing wrong with having your period, its natural. if you feel embarressed, put them in your pants pocket or try doubling up using a tampon and a pad so you dont have to change them so frequently, then maybe between classes change them so no one sees you. but be confident, theres nothing wrong with you and all your girl friends will understand.
Good luck!Just put them in a backpack and keep them in your locker or something… plus a pad will hold up to 6 hours whit our staining… Ask meaby and adult for help so you can get more familiar whit all this and all… Don’t get to stressed out…
