We have kissed, hugged, held hands.I’m only 13 and my girlfriend and I wondering how to further our relationship or the next step and what is the next step? We have been going out for a three months now.

Don’t think about any sexual ideas, you are way too young and not educated in sex yet. Making out, having heart-to-heart conversations, they can all lead to the next step :) :)

maybe try french kissing or give each other a massage dont do anything sexual because your both too young and dont have any sex education yet
