How..does putting on baking powder really help whiten teeth?
I heard this can help but I also heard it will burn off your gums?? Idskwat the trut is? Should I use it or not? Is it worth it? And how do I use it???
It will not mess up your gums. Also, try adding salt. That will help. You can add a little water to the salt and baking soda so it gets thick like a paste. Then use it like toothpaste.
I’ve never heard of that and it sound gross you can buy whitening toothpaste so just use them more than how much you usually brush your teeth try to use 4 tyms a day 4 best results also a dentist can whiten your teeth but thats expansive so… hope I helped I Love JustinBieber 2!!!
Baking soda - not powder It doesn’t burn off your gums - I use it daily.
Just wet your toothbrush and dab it in some baking soda…brush with the baking soda, then brush with your regular toothpaste.
