Someone please help. how do you wash or clean your retainer?

I have invisiline… and it gets stinky so brush it with tooth paste before and after every time you put it in. So if you put it in at night brush it before it goes in. And when you take it out in the morning brush it. Soaking it might not be a good idea though, it might misshape it?

you either put toothpaste on a toothbrush and scrub it or if you droopped it on the floor you should soak it in mouthwash for about 4 hours! ASK YOUR ORTHODONTIST

I don’t wear mine anymore but I brushed it with a tooth brush and tooth paste to clean it.

I have invisaline and I use these tablets that are called retaner bright. and I brush them everyday
