How do you use bittorrent with an HTML proxy?
I have an Html proxy network in my hostel..all other ports are blocked…anyone know how to use bit torrent in these situations? or is there any alternative? heard about port forwarding…how is it done?

I know how to port forward, but not sure about the proxy…
To port forward, first set a static IP address to your computer. You should be able to find a guide to do it online somewhere.
Then, login to your router settings. There will be a place somewhere for forwarding. Click on that section, and put in the port you’ve set your bittorrent client to use. And set it to your static IP.
That’s it.
