You will need a TEASING comb ( http://www.manicure4u.co.uk/images/6029.JPG ) Some STRONG hair spray. A Striaghtner..well thats optional.
So first straighten yer hair it will make things SOOO much easier. Once youve done that grab a strip of hair and lift it over your head and get the comb and start combing down dont do it like crazy just comb down once take out the comb then put it back in and go down again..etc. After youve reached the level of highness you want apply some hairspray but dont do it right on it do it from afar.
So yeah do that for all your hair then just GENTLY comb over it.
