Well mayk sure you have a pole…one that is metal and doesn’t hurt u…then go 2 a strip club and see how they do it(its ok they won’t find it weird that a girl is asking how) after a while u’ll get da hang of it it’s not that hard BELIEVE me
you cant learn by being told, you learn by seeing it and then copying it so buy one of the many pole dancing dvds or go to a poll dancing class were they can show you
