On november 2nd 2008 I tore my acl in the last 30 second of a game that we were winning by like 30 which is terrible.. Any way I did therapy to strengthen it until april then I got the surgery to repair it and in october I just finished my therapy and now I plan on playing again I still need a brace and im out of shape but I plan on getting back into shape. Its so weird to play it pops and stuff. any tips on my come back lol
the biggest thing is to take it slow. PLEASE dont run out there and start doing like 80 laps and such. lol. just take it slow, and always consult your doctor if you feel even a slight bit of pain there. if you wait, it could put you out of playing for life, good luck!!
