How do you lose weight if you are an endomorph?
Same way everyone loses weight. Eat a balanced diet, make sure you are burning more calories per day than you are eating, and do lots of cardio. Running, swimming and jumping rope are all perfect for losing weight. 30 minutes cardio a day, or more if you want, avoid cheese, chips, pop, alcohol, anything high in sugar and/or trans fats, and eat multigrain bread/rice instead of white.
