I do take showers.. but when I get to school, and even if I dont take gym, I smell like I didnt take a shower. and I smell it myself.. how do I keep the lotion I put on to stay? what lotion or soap should I use? and people have told me that someone told them that they think I smell…

  1. Ensure that your armpits are hair free. Because this can sometime increase sweating/body odour.
  2. Invest in a good quality, fresh smelling deodorant. Such as Dove, Sure, Nivea or Vaseline.
  3. Buy a perfume according to your personal taste. But I suggest something fruity or anything including sandalwood.

I hope this helps :) And don’t let what people say get to you. Body odour is a very natural thing and not hard to resolve. Take care x

Dove unscented works best for me,be carefull of the body wash, and lotion you use, because some of them can make you smell bad, and use body spray, perfume, or colonge, which ever works better for u, I use body spray becasue the others make me just smell bad. spray once when you get out of the shower, then put on your clothes, make sure you choose a scent that works best for u, so go with a friend, or mom , to pick one out!Clean clothes, clean bedsheet, clean pillowcase, clean towel, helps out a lot also, and last but not list, your, diet, limit spicy or high smelling foods! Also digestive imbalance, (constipation) can affect that as well, aslo forgot hair, Good luck!

use axe or old spice body wash, use the old spice ever clear deodorant because it doesnt make you sweat and it smells good. Also, the lotion could be what smells bad, because it makes your body think its moist and you can sweat because of that! It has definitely happened to me before! Use some type of cologne or perfume, and you will not smell for 24 hours, I PROMISE!

My boyfriend and I use dove solid deods. They work wonders with him and don’t irritate his sick. Also, you can avoid foods with onions, garlic, as well as junk foods. The food we eat’s odors ooze from our skin pores.
