Im jw cause I just seen something on the news that charges against a teen girl were dropped because the da was trying to charge her with child porn for sexting. I think it was stupid, and im glad the charges were dropped. So what is your opinion
The thing wrong with it is that people can keep the texts for years. They could just be laughing at you while you are sending these texts being all serious.
I think it's stupid and I don't think it would be child porn for texting. Maybe, if pictures were involved.
I wouldn't do it personally because the texts could be saved or it could be anyone just on the persons phone having a laugh with you. This is what happened to my mate ages ago with someone at my school. The guy at the school was a chav and decided to tell everyone at school and she was the laughing stock for a while. It was her fault, really. She shouldn't have gotton involved with that.
my opinion is I think it would be alrite if yu trust the right guy. I think if yu do it and the pic gets sents its yur own fault for doing it yu know the possibilities of him deleting it and sendin it to everyone in his contact. idkk I just had to make a decision a few days ago bout sending one and I decided not too because I wasnt too shuree so I culdnt take the riskk
You can get charged with Child pornagrophy, and anyone you sext to, MAY get charged with posession of child pornography if you're under 18. I personally don't think it is good to sext, it is easier to not sext than to go to jail. Plus anyone you send it to could forward it to friends, and so on.

oh im not having it done to me just want opinions on the subject. and to be honest it may be 'illegal'' to do but it is very hard to have a case for it. theres been at least 3 cases so far in PA and none have convicted anyone.
