How do you close a question?

Only advisors and admins can close questions

A question will be closed/locked if

It breaks the Terms Of use
The answers are completely off topic (turning into a battle and becoming offensive)
To be reviewed by admin to determine if it should be deleted or left up in the forum
Too many answers are being posted
