How do you tease your hair?
How do you tease your hair to make it look like scene hair? I dont get how to make it look like that does anyone have any suggestions?
Take A Rat Toothed Comb, Grab Small Sections Of Hair And Move The Comb Back And Fourth. Thats What I Do To Mine.
Take a comb, and tease it at the top layer.. Make sure the bottom layer’s really straight and spray the teased hair with hairspray so it stays.. If you don’t know how to tease I can’t really explain it.. But this youtube video helped me(:.
