How do you ask your mom to get tampons ?

I want to buy tampons but im nervious to ask and I dont knoe what to say ? Please help

you could buy them yourslef they don’t cost much and if your mom doesn’t allow you to use them well, sucks for her because it’s YOUR body and besides she doesn’t HAVE to know you are using them…

If your mother’s parents were strict about it, there’s a very large chance that she won’t be. It couldn’t hurt to ask, though. Just say something like the following to her:

Mom, I started my period the other day. I was thinking that maybe trying out tampons would be the best for me. Do you think you can give me some advice?

Or something similar. If she says no, stick to pads for now. Try to let her know that you’d prefer tampons, though.
