How do people audition for shows?

I’m young and enjoy acting and want any info on anything.

auditioning for shows is very easy! if there are any theatres such as community theatres in you area, or at least near you, then you should look for auditioning announcements in the paper! I get really excited, especially when I audition! so… just go to the audition! if you are auditioning for a musical, you should prepare a piece of music, or bring a CD. or you could just sing without music. =] good luck, and I hope you get the lead role! act with all your might! xD
