How do I use this Iphone 3g that is from China?

ok so my parents got me an iphone 3g for christmas. like its nice and all but why couldn’t they just get it from our country?!??!! They got it in China. and when I first turned on the phone it was all in chinese I figure out how to change it to english but I still have so many problems with it and everytime I look for manuals online my iphone does not match it. example: under a regular iphone settings it would say like General settings and on mine it says Pen Calibration. I can’t figure out my iphone. like I don’t know how to register it. How to set up a password. How to take pictures ( my camera keeps saying camera module not ready) How to get in sync with my itunes. All the instructions are different. HELP ME!

hey I totally your problem I got the same problem!! like you know how you open the main screen well you know that little osund it makes how do you take that away!!! its annyong me soo much do you know plzz help
