How Do I Tell Him?

Hello :)

my problen is that, well, theres a guy I like, I have liked him for quite a while now but my main problem with him is that I’ve been best friends with him since I was 2, and im going to be 14 on saturday. I really want to let him know how I feel, but its awkward as we’re so close and its really difficult to tell if he feels the same way or not.

I know most peoples advice would be, ‘just tell him’, but if he doesnt feel the same way, then I’ve probably lost one of the best friends I’ve ever had. So basically im asking for tips on how to hint that I like him. I just find it so awkward as he calls me his ‘sister’ which makes me feel even worse. On my birthday him, I and a group of friends are going bowling, and im not sure how I should act around him. I would very much appreciate anybody willing to give me any help.
