I have recently started this bad habit. I start chewing on the insides of my cheeks. At first it was just small little bites, but after like a week I started chewing large holes in the sides that bled fairly badly. I've tried to stop but I failed. I really wanna stop it cause after a while it starts to hurt.
Try starting something new like chewing gum or something like that. Replace your bad habit with another habit. Thats what I do.
