How do I slim down my legs?

I have some pretty big calfs (or would it be calves..?), thighs, and a rather large buttocks. But they're not too fatty, they're just muscular. Is there any way to slim down muscle? And don't say "do long-distance running", because I already am a long-distance runner...

And please no one say anything like, "Just don't eat for three days, that's what I did and I lost like, 20 pounds but I still think I'm fat so will you please give me tips on how to lose weight?" Seriously people.
