How do I shut off my e-mail alerts?

  Go to your profile page and under your menu click on "edit my profile". Then, go to the part under Managing My Account that says "default new answer notice setting" then pick which one you want when it comes up.

  Click "edit my profile" then click "manage question alerts" to turn those off...
