There is this 12 year old girl that I tutor. I tutor her in Math. (I know I have been asking a lot of questions today but this one just happened.) I tutor her on Sundays,Wednesdays,Fridays, and sometimes Saturdays. She has a VERY bad home life. She has a boyfriend which I do not have a problem with. I KNOW she is not a virgin. I witnessed "it" happening between her and her boyfriend. She is bisexual. I also saw her "doing it" with her best friend who is a lesbian. I have no problem with her being bi. I do have a problem with her not being a virgin. I am like her mother. There is no father figure. Her mother got knocked up in high school when she was 15. Her mother is always either high, drunk, sleeping, at work, at a party, or having a "sleep over". I am very sure she has been raped and/or abused by one or more of her mothers very many boy friends. I am scared she is pregnant because her stomach has gotten evidently bigger within the last month. She is also having violent moodswings. I asked her and she said she didn't know but she was pretty sure she is. She is scared that if her mom or her current boyfriend finds out that they will hurt or kill her and force her to give up 2 lives. How can I make her feel safer? She is currently staying at my house because her mom is in rehab. Her mom has been thinking about giving her up for adoption and I asked my mom and she said she would adopt Lindsyea in a heartbeat. So what can we do in the time being while Lindsyea is in the adoption process? How long does the adoption process take? How can I comfort her because she said even though she will be out of the trailer she will still have her moms boyfriends watching her? Please help me I will be devistated if anything haappens to her!!!
I think you need to contact child services.. plus you need to make sure she is preggo in the first place. get her a home pregnancy test. for whos kid is she having ??Also could it be her moms boyfriend??... AND if thats the case send the bastard to jail! and if he lays a hand on her call the police on him and tell her to do it so they have record of abuse and then she can get a restrainment order against them. FOR I dont doubt her mother and her boyfriend will go looking for her every time they want something ...ooh and make sure if your mom does adopt her >to make sure her mother gives up all rights to the girl. I don't know what else to say other than get that girl some condoms if she doesnt want to stop having sex!! ANY MORE QUESTIONS just ASK!
No, you can not go to child services, if you do, they will take her away and put her in a foster home, her mother must agree for your mother to adopt her daughter
You HAVE to tell your mom. if she wants to adopt her, she loves her, and wouldnt want to see her hurt. Your mom will know what to do in this situation.
