How do I make him want me back and actualy come back?

This guy I really like is so weird so first he said he really really liked me I said I liked him to. then he didnt talk to me for a few days so I asked if he was mad at me he said no then stopped texting.. then a few days later he came up to me kissed me on the cheek and said he could never be mad at me then the next day he gave me a quick kiss. He hasnt talked to me since, it wasnt the kiss because it wasnt bad it was just quick. I want to make him jealous but I dont want to push him away I want him so come back…HELP lol
