How do I lose weight?

What are some good advises to lose weight. Ok if im 18 and I weight like 135 do you think im overweight?

watch your caleries… 500 for breakfeast 10 grams of fat 2hrs later eat a gronola bar or anything to 250 caleries 5 grams of fat 2hrs later eat same as above lunch 500 caleries 10 grams of fat and so on same with dinner.

what you are doing is eating small and your stomach will shink and think you are full all day. and drink diet drinks I like diet dr pepper it has 0 caleries 0 fat

lunch/dinner you can still eat everything you like but if you go to mcdonalds instead of a bigmack meal. get a kids meal believe it or not it will fill you up. then take the difference in money between the bigmac and the kids meal for a week and look how much you save and yet your full
