How do I loose weight?

Drink lots of water cut your caloric intake to 1000 or under, this is how I lost weight, and I managed to lose about 10 pounds in a week and a half…but it will make you weak so be warned.

Try not eating three hours before you go too sleep& do some running. You should see results in a couple weeks :]. Hope this helps!

try to not eat much and do atleast 1hour of exercise a day
