ok I have just lost 1.1 pound in 5 days...im trying to loose about 3 ponunds..any help
DO'S:
-Exercise 3-4 times a day for 20-30 minutes -Calorie controlled diet ranging from 1500-2000 a day -Intakes of lots of fruit, vegetables and as much water as you can 1.5-2 litres a day -Aim for 2 pounds a week its more reasonable -Try varied workouts and something you enjoy, I like skipping and jumping on my trampoline because its fun... who said exercise has to be boring lol -Avoid/reduce high sugar, high fat foods like take-outs, potatos, chocolate, sweets/candy, fizzy pop etc
-Adjust your self to these changes say for 1-2 & a half weeks then begin your diet, dont jump right in otherwise you wont last more than a week lol -Increase your time work out by 5 minutes every two weeks.
DONT'S:
-Never deprive your self of anything, you'l end up craving and giving in - Never ever eat a meal or anyhthing for that matter right before going to bed because when you do your food is not properly digested and stays sitting in your stomache, after a few hours it begins to turn into fat and stores in the body because it cannot be digested propperly and if you have ever done this before you will notice that when you wake up you dont feel fresh and you can still feel some food in the stomache. -Don't beat yourself up because you slipped, we all have those moments, foget about it and try again, by beating your self up about it you'll just give up and induge more to replace your guilt.
Tip You wont see much change within the first week or two, it takes time for your body to adjust to the changes... this can be frustrating as people expects to have dropped 5 pounds within the first week or so lol but be patient and sensible and you'l be surprised after that the pounds will begin dropping.
