  well if your talking about your first period you should watch for and white distarge in your underwear but if your talking about monthly keep yourself on a schedule you should get it every 28 days or so and it should last around a week main tip offs for your regular period would be PMS symtoms like bloating irritability headaches etc. but I will warn you the first couple months will probably be vary irregular.

  well, what I do, is I have a calendar that I marked the date I'm supposed to get it. It doesn't always happen on that date, but somewhere around there. like emmie001 said, it comes around every 28 days.

  you may start to get pains in your lower back and lower stomach. you also may feel sick and dizzy xxx
