How do I know if I'm having a miss carrige?

I just found out that I’m pregnant a lil over a week ago but now I’ve been feeling really sick and dizzy with some pain in my upper belly area and last night there was a little bit of blood when I went to the bathroom.

It sounds like a normal pregnancy for now, but if you tummy starts to hurt extremely bad and you start bleeding profusely then you are having a miscarriage

yes I have some pains and I was told by someone that you can bleed a little bit while your first pregnant but this is my second time and I didn’t bleed with my first prenancy.

Miscarriage doesn’t have to be intense bleeding and cramping initially, and the sickness and dizziness that you are describing doesn’t sound normal to me. It can start of as light bleeding. I suggest going to see a doctor as soon as you can, just to figure out what is going on.
