How can I kick acne's butt?

Most important thing is to eat your fruits and veggies. Sounds long and hard, but that will do for you over the long run.

The chemicals will indeed clear up the outward manifestations, but in the end proper nutrition will give you a great complexion for life.

It seems kind of obvious to do this but some people arent’ aware of it but..You shoule wash your face every day. At the extreme least, one a day. I used to have terribel acne that i cried over but id suggest this which helped clear the majority of my skin: What your face every morning and every night with a face cleaning solution, NOT SOAP AND WATER! soap and water will worsten the acne. I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub blemish and blackhead control. If it dries your skin out too much using it twice a day, then just wash your face at night so that you will be washing away all the dirt that clogged your pores that day. Hoped i help :) oh yeah! There’s a brand that makes a concealer stick that you apply on your blemishes and it helps cover them while clearing your skin :)

Well I don’t know what you’ve tried and how bad your skin is but i can say I went through it all and ended up use acutaine which is considered the big gun in meds.. also known to bad rep but its not that bad at all..if you have some questions id be happy to help(send them fund mail)..my lil sister who is 14 has it bad in the early stages of bad and the dr gave her a med called Doxycycline which is generic for Vibramycin she takes 100mg twice a day and it really helps. but do go see your demo dr there are things out there that will help..the longer you wait the more chances of scaring and pitting on you skin surface.. good luck!
