You can look around you and see how the world is falling apart! Keep talking to God and seek his spiritual guidence. Dont listen to the people who try and tear you away from the truth. My dad once told me. You are sitting on a fence and the devil owns it. Its either side or the other no in between. Distain from the worldly ways and all the problems it seeks to offer you! You will be much happier knowing this and God loves you for standing up for him. Best wishes! If you have any questions please feel free to ask!

I like your question… Actually, a relationship with God is a life struggle, so the fact that your heart is asking this question is really good. If you weren’t asking this question, then you would be in trouble. The way that we’re taking is the way of the cross. That means less of us in our life and more of him in our life.. So when we are the same for a long period of time, the question you asked is spiritually healthy. You are starting to realize that you want more God and less you. Your faith is alive. But now with this thirst for God, what are you going to do? If you truly love Jesus, (and I see that you do), you will not be happy until you have more of him! And when you do have more of him, you won’t mind having less of you. Because your fall deeper into love with him.. It’s like a husband.. Maybe Jesus is training you =).. Much love to you sister for such a question… Your direction is to seek God out. That will make you happy in your faith… Prayer, Word, fellowship with servants of God, pursue the things of God.. Cry out to him with all your heart and he will fill you.. As I write to you, I see that God loves you so much and he’s going to be working hard in your life winning you over to him.. Enjoy life together with him. May you live a glorious action packed life in Jesus.. Seek him with all of your heart and when you seek him, you will find him..

There is a program for high school students, called Chrysalis. it’s a 3 day camp. I went last summer and I was amazing. I never felt better and the lessons stick with you:) I recommend it to any high school student who wants to grow in their faith. It’s the best experience of my life and I’ll never forget it or what I learned about myself and about god. If you google “chrysalis flight” (there called flights) then your city name or a major city nearby you should find a website pretty easily. a chrysalis is technically a Methodist run program but everyone is welcome. God never established a denomination:) On mine it was about half Baptist, a third Methodist and a few Lutherans too:) So please look into it:) I wish you the best of luck and the other advice here is also Great to go by.

Read the Bible straight through and follow it. IMO churches tend to be a lot of hype which is just talk, so that tends to get dull after a while. You can talk louder or you can look at what you can DO.

Answer #7

How do you keep the faith? Well just keep talking to God. Like a child talks to there parents. He is the father you know. Thats all. Hang onto faith. Keep plenty of oil for your lamp and stand next to the light. Do the best you can. Thats it. I question my own faith all the time. If you want proof of God well, there wouldn’t be any need for faith if there was solid proof. But take a look at what is happening right now. In the world. All the things that were prophecied in revalaions is comming to pass isn’t it. Isreal becomming its own nation in a day, a one world government. The ball is rolling. So hang in there. We live in the most exciting times. When Isreal becomes a nation again. The poeple in there life time will see the return of Christ. Wow, we get to see what everyone has been waiting for. Thats awsome.
