How do I interpret the value of the slope in the context?

Ok so im doing my honors math portfolio and the problem is.

  1. Interpret the value of the slope in the context of this experiment.

The problem im working on is y= -2/3 =31.

Im completely lost, I dont know what its telling me to do or find or explain. I really wasn’t meant for honors algebra 1.

y=mx+b then put it in slope intercept form
