How do I have sex longer than 2 minutes am a guy?

I have never had sex before! never had a girl friend in 4 years,havent kissed any one in 4 years,and my new girl keeps telling me to have sex with her,problem is when I masterbate I can only go for 2 minutes,how do I do it longer,and I havent kissed her yet, how do I learn how to kiss again cause last time was 4 years ago.

Sex and masturbation are not the same thing. They both end in orgasm (hopefully), but that’s where the similarities end. To compare sex to masturbation is like comparing a steak to a salad because they both end in poop.

Chances are, you’re always going to orgasm more quickly when you masturbate because you know exactly what to do to get yourself there, and masturbation is about the end, not the experience. Sex has a lot more involved than simply rubbing your genitals on someone.

As for kissing, the more you think about it, the worse you will be at it. Overthinking is the death of passion when it comes to kissing.

my boyfriend told me about muscle memory thing. its where he masturbates and tries to last as long as possible so he can when we have sex.
