Mainly two or three people. In general it's about 5 I guess... I need to know how to get rid of bad memories, and my feelings of longing. I was staring off into space today and my teacher said I was distracted. Please help? These memories hurt.
Ha, if only life worked that way. Bad memories don't just disappear, they only affect you less over time. Your past makes you, you would not be who you are today without the experiences you've had, and I do realize that it probably doesn't make them seem worth it at the moment, but you'll get past that because even though your past helps shape you, it doesn't define your future.
You can't just wish away everything you don't want to feel, you have to move past them. Feel what you need to feel, cry if the mood strikes you, over think everything to the point of insanity and then breath. A point comes eventually when you realize that there's no point. That you need to live while your alive, you don't get a second chance so why dwell in the past? In the things that can not be changed?
You want to know how to get rid of bad memories, well you don't, simple as that. But in a while, they wont matter so much anymore. You'll still remember them, and they will still hurt at times but they won't take priority anymore. IF you don't let them. Feel what you need to feel and move on, learn to laugh, smile for all the tears you've wanted to cry and live. After all, all the bad memories, they're just another brick in the wall. They will make your stronger.
The best thing I can tell you is: To let it all out! Let out what you feel and what's been buging you so much!
When I need to forget about some one I tell them everything that's hurting me about them!
I promise slowly you will start to forget about things and move on!
