Im am little older, but I grew up with hair dressers and went to beauty school myself, if you want to look modern and cool, probaly need hair-gell for spikyness and then add some streaks of color!..if you have dark hair, bleach streaks first, then add crazy colors its a lot of work but it comes out wicked!, or just dye it jet black!

you got to tease you’re hair..incase you dunno how to I sha’ll tell you =]

grab a metal comb or teasing brush, part off a section of hair from the rest of the strands. Clip the remaining hair out of the way.

Using your hands in conjunction with a comb or brush, gather a small section of hair approximately 1-2 inches in thickness.

Hold the ends of the new section straight up and out from the scalp with one hand. In essence you will be backcombing your strands in the opposite direction from its natural growth pattern.

With the other hand, run the comb down the length of the hair from the end towards the base of the scalp in short, sharp strokes.

Spray newly teased sections with a firm hold hairspray. Repeat after each new section is created.

Once the first section is completely teased, pick up the next section of hair and repeat the process until all of the desired sections of hair have been completely teased.

get a strong hold hairspray to completely spray all of the teased hair when the teasing is complete.

have fun & experiment =]

alright first, you need to get a wet angry cat.. then put the cat in a potato sack, and stick your head in the sack as well. wait about 3 minutes. finally remove your head (and the cat) from the sack, and if the angry cat did his job correctly, your hair should look perfectly scene.. you know.. dry, damaged, ugly, choppy, hacked up, tangled, dirty etc etc.. enjoy your new hair!

side part it, razor cut it, layer it, and tease it

Answer #6

I recomend you to NOT get scene hair. TRUST ME. one of my really good friends got scene hair over the summer and as soon as school started everyone made fun of her and it looks really bad and she regrets it more than anything. the worst part is, is that now she cant change it, she just has to wait until it grows out.

Well you have to get many layers cut in to your hair. the shortest layer should be 1-2 inches long.

you dont HAVE to put bright colors in, but I guess you can.

then you use a fine pick tooth and tease all of those layers

spray it with areosol hair spray and shape

DONT USE GEL.
