How do I get my MSN to stop saving my chat logs?

Well it seems that I cannot get my MSN to stop saving my chat logs. I think my mom is reading them. I dont have anything to hide, but I just think it is an invasion of privacy.

Tools - Options - Messages - uncheck Automatically keep a history of my conversations

you need to go into your privacy or security settings and disable them. they must have been ‘enabled’ in the first place, I had to turn mine on, they wern’t enabled automatically…

go on plus + then preferences + then conversations + then enable chat logging
