I am not very confident when I talk to girls,do you think I should get to know this girl I like before I ask her out, how do get a girl to like me?

get to know the girl first girls dont like it when some guy they HARDLY know come up to them and ask them out!! get to know her… ask if she would like to hang out after school/work/ whatever… or get a bite to eat… just talk… show her the REAL you dont be all FAKE girls HATE that!! make her laugh and smile.. make her feel special!!

ok you said that you r kind of well not confident so you should just ask her a random question when you r next her like if you all are in the same class you can ask her a question like what do we have now and you can just start to build a conversation from that like after you can ask her her name and just be yourself .because I am kinda going through the same thing except with a boy because I am a girl and well most girls wait on the boys to make the first move .most girls if not all do not make the first move. good luck.
