However, if you don’t do chores, try that. Ask your parents if there is anything you can do around the house. Look under chair and couch cushions for spare change. Offer to do some yard work for some elderly people in your community. You may not get paid much (or any!) but you will feel good about yourself. Also, DON’T beg. If your parents see you working earnestly to earn the money, they might just chip in a little extra. Also, you could see if there is lay-a-way at the store you’re wanting to purchase the game from, but your $27 down, and pay the rest in a couple of weeks, when you earn it!
