How do I find out what's wrong with my text messaging on my cell?
I got a new cell phone (lg rumour 2 bell network). And everytime I text my phone keeps saying “account error: message not sent. Please contact customer care and report a code 97 when sending messages.” and I don’t know what to do?
call customer service and ask them what to do. I’ve had problems like that before and I called and got it fixed. ( : hope that helps.
