How do I find a gpa?

Im looking at college scholarships and so on and in the requirements it says gpa a lot but I dont knnow because they use 3.0 and 3.5 stuff like that all I know is that I got like a 93% average so how do I find my gpa? Is there like an equation you have to use to figure it out or what

Answer #1

If you request your transcript from the counseling office then you will have all the information you need to know about your classes and what you have earned for them. The GPA is on there.

Answer #2

You need to convert every grade to a letter grade, and then convert that back into a GPA…

Because if you got 93% in every single class, that’s a 4.0… because that would be straight As…

and again, this depends on your school system… do they give letter grades?

Try this, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grade_(education) see if it helps, if not, put down all your grades for the entire 4 years, and we’ll see if we cant convert them… again, dont you have anyone at your school who can do this?
