How do I deal with my weight?

I know its a really bad thing to become either bulimic or annorexic, and the way I look at it - its a horrible thing to become. I don’t want to end up as someone with a severe health issue, but Im upsessed with my weight. My friends are always telling me ‘’your the skinnest thing, what are you talking about?” but I’m insecure with soo many things about my body. Most girls have it all, or don’t have anything, and I’m one of those girls. I know I’m not overweight, but I get stressed out and I am upsessed with weighing myself, if I see that I’ve gained a few pounds, I’ll break down.

I’m pretty good at hiding my insecurities, and I know I have a problem. I just need to know how I can loose a few pounds just so I become more comfortable with my body…any ideas?
