How do I control my voice pitch?

When I get nervous, my voice becomes really high and I can’t help sounding like a five year old girl (and I am, in fact, a girl - thankfully). How can I control my vocal range so that I speak with my normal voice?

Easy. Use your diaphragm to control your pitch. Breathe in deep through your mouth and put your hand on ue diaphragm if you feel it move upward you did it right, watch your shoulders, if they move up you are doing it wrong.
