How do I control my hormones lol?

When it’s ‘’that time of the month’’.. I get REALLY moody. I can’t help it, I get annoyed very quickly and snap at every little thing. My friend put an alarm on his calendar in his phone so he knows when the time’s coming! That’s how bad it is. Anyway, is there something that helps with that? :)

2nd Person I know that does that, lol. When you feel you’re about to have some crazy mood swings, tell whoever you’re with that you need to step out for a certain amount of time, until your swings are gone and you feel a bit better, step back in. I used to have mood swings 3 months ago but that was due to relationships I was in and stress.

No, I mean… Life will be great and someone will do or say something annoying, so I’ll snap at them..out of no where, without a warning. My friend just said today, ‘’How long does it take again? 4-5 days? Ehh, I’ll be back in a week just to be safe’’ lmao.,

I always tell them, ‘I’m PMSing, and I feel snooty so don’t mind me’’ and they’re awesome they understand but still, I don’t want to treat them like that ha.. I try really hard to control it, but yeah, doesn’t always work. :)

A fellow sufferer…I feel your pain.

Here’s how I improved mine.

Try some exercise when you have PMS. the endorphins that it releases helps for the moodiness.

Also get yourself an omega 3 and 6 supplement. Omega 6 helps for PMS (A LOT) but you need to get them in in the right relationship. (And magnesium to go with that isn’t a bad idea either)
