Hi I am only 17, but I hate my body so much I have a boyfriend but I dont let him see my body im not fat but im not skinny , I wish I was pair shape but I dont what shape I am I have small boobs realy :/ quite rounded hips on my stomache which go back in at the bottom they dont carry on normal size thighs normal size bum :/ I realy dont get it why my hips go back in . I cant wear a dress that clings to the body because it look like I have humps on my stomache ??? Why does it go back in ??? I want to be pear shape I cry all the time about my body im turning eighteen next year and I am scared I wont go out clubbing because of my body everyone will look better than me it not like im that pretty so why cant I just change my body igo the gym evry day I do weights on the bottom of my body and do aerobic excercise help ? How can I change my shape please , I have been to see my doctor becaus ei am that depressd about it .
Well hun you have to excerise I would either go to a workout place and go there evryday for an hour an a half or just run outside around your neighborhood everyday for 45 minutes you can also do sit ups to get your stomach strong so you can get a 6 pack haha :) but I would say just workout more go to the gym be active do a port in high school so ya :)
hmmm well than still go to the gym everyday an push urself to work harder and than after we get you get home rest for an hour than take a 30 minute walk I dont understand that last question bout the go in hips??
but igo the gym everyday I dont see any change is there anythingi should do at the gym to make me have a pear shape :/ is it normal for me to go in after my hips I would toallly prepfer to carry om around ?
they dent back in like a lot where my trousers go :/ I dont no how to explain
