what can I do or what can I take to become fat?, because I'm very thin.
People suggest weight lifting is because it has a tendency to add muscle mass--pure weight, more so than other sports activities, which add some muscle at the same time as one is also burning off many calories. As far as food choices, try gradually increasing your consumption of energy-dense foods, especially those higher in vegetable fats. Italian cheeses, nuts, and granola are good kcalorie sources with low saturated fat content (read the label to make sure the product is high in mostly unsaturated fat). Dried fruit and bananas provide other high kcalorie fruit choices. If eaten at the end of a meal, they don't cause early satiety. Try replacing foods such as diet sodas with good energy sources, such as fruit juice. It is important to get muscle, not unhealthy fat; so do not start consuming great amounts of sweets and junk food (as some people seem to find amusing to suggest). Well.. good luck!
I wouldn't do that if I were you, it might develop into an out of control habit, you're brain might establish a neural connection. Anyways by fat, I'm assuming you mean just a little, but you should honestly be careful with this. I'd personally would NOT do this, because it may become very difficult to lose weight, once you have gained it.
Quit or retire from all your current sports club, if thats not possible, than just decrease your activities and make that your only form of physical activities, anyways start playing lots and lots of video games, something addictive, like an online game, or something with a console, then eat foods that are high in calories, such as mcdonalds, KFC, red rooster, chocolates, and all that, with the addictiveness of the game, you won't really think of participating in any physical activity, then while you're playing you're game or watching T.V eat food aswell
I think it is important to have a well balanced nutritious diet. Of course be aware that certain foods have more calories and are more useful for weight gain. However you should not try to gain weight by changing to unhealthy eating habits. Excessive eating or eating a lot of junk food would put on the pounds in theory but at what risk to the rest of your health. Unless you are an underweight and have some physical eating disorder in which case maybe you need to seek medical advice. Some people are naturally thin due to their metabolism rate and/or and bone structure. Keep a healthily diet and accept your natural physical body.
I'm 18 and have the same problem.honestly there isnt anything to help you gain weight. the reason you may be this thin is because you have a fast metablism but enjoy it while you can because as you get older it starts to slow down and then you start gaining weight. dont take too much advantage though dont think that you can eat all the fattening foods you want make sure that you are also eating healthy because it will catch up with you eventually
That might be your physical appaerence which might be a healthy body for you so i do not advice you not tempet with it any how cauce it might be dangeras hence leading to obesity.( Bieng fat or thin is sometimes a normal thing but most of times is due to abnormal earting habits i.e eating alot of fati foods.
hey, i dont think u want to become fat, i think u want to put on a few pounds. i used to be very thin and i started eatin a lot of currys and mc donalds and now im i tryin to loose weight, just remember its very easy puttin it on but if u take if to far,its very hard to loose it
If I were you I would try to put on some muscle mass more then fat. Push Up's, Pull Up's, bike riding, swimming. There are a lot of things you can do to bulk up that are better for you then just putting on fat.
Fast food! although watch out sometimes they fat goes places were u dont want.. try maybe get muscles? xD
