How could my nose be fractured?

Basicly, Me and my boyfriend were play fighting and I accedently headbutted him and my nose made a realy loud crack :S, It’s rather bruzed and swallen and realy sore and if I tooch it, it sting’s and sometimes make’s a cracking sound, I would realy apriciate if someone could tell me if there are any sighn’s of a fracture, so if I need to go to the hospoital I can (: thank’s.

just go to get a x-ray :D

I suggest getting it checked out. Swelling is not a good sign (it’s a good indication that it is fractured). Also if it makes any type of sound, just rather get it checked out by a doctor.

In any case symptoms of a nose fracture include:

Lingering pain after your nose was impacted. (the pain can be on the bridge of your nose or deeper inside). The pain can be dull or sharp, piercing.
Nosebleeds are a common symptom of a nose fracture.
If your nose is swollen or discoloured, then it is almost definitely swollen. (This can sometimes be accompanied by what is called raccoon eyes - bruising of your eyes)
Difficulty breathing through your nose (if you have this symptom get it checked out ASAP -)
Crooked or misshapen nose
