Many married people also masturbate, so problem not solved. I really don’t see it as a problem. People like to eat and they do that everyday…do what you want…you aren’t hurting anyone.

This may not seem a problem to most other people, but it seems your quite concerned about it, I would say the key thing to do is to keep your mind occupied. You could try to watch TV till you fall asleep, or read a book to take your mind off things, anything really that keeps your mind occupied.
